License & Usage Rights
SLOPER DIGITAL ART provides all digital artworks under a Personal Use License. This page explains what you are permitted — and not permitted — to do with the digital files purchased from our store.
1. What You Are Allowed to Do (Personal Use Only)
You may use the purchased artwork for personal purposes only, including:
- Printing the artwork for personal display in your home, office, or studio;
- Printing the artwork as a personal gift for a friend or family member;
- Using the artwork as a background on your phone, tablet, or computer;
- Framing and displaying the printed artwork in private physical spaces.
This license is non-exclusive, non-transferable, and strictly for personal use only.
2. What You Are NOT Allowed to Do
When you purchase a digital artwork, you are purchasing the right to use the file personally. You are not purchasing copyright, ownership, or commercial rights.
You may NOT:
- Resell, redistribute, share, or give away the digital files;
- Upload the artwork to print-on-demand platforms (Displate, Redbubble, Society6, or similar);
- Use the artwork on merchandise for sale (t-shirts, posters, mugs, apparel, etc.);
- Sell printed versions or physical reproductions commercially;
- Claim the artwork as your own creation or authorship;
- Mint, tokenize, or distribute the artwork as NFTs;
- Use the artwork in commercial marketing or promotional materials;
- Use the artwork as part of a business logo, trademark, or brand identity;
- Include the artwork in AI training datasets or machine-learning models.
3. Commercial Use Requests
Commercial use of any artwork — whether digital or printed — is strictly prohibited unless a Commercial License Agreement is obtained from SLOPER DIGITAL ART.

4. File Modifications
Minor adjustments for personal use are permitted, such as resizing, cropping for frame fit, or minor color adjustments. However, you may not create derivative works for resale, re-licensing, redistribution, or public distribution.
5. Intellectual Property
All artworks are protected by copyright and applicable intellectual property laws. Purchasing a digital download does not grant copyright ownership, authorship, or exclusive rights.
SLOPER DIGITAL ART retains full and exclusive rights to all artworks, including reproduction, distribution, and licensing rights.
6. Enforcement & Misuse
Unauthorized use, reproduction, resale, or distribution of SLOPER DIGITAL ART digital files or prints constitutes copyright infringement and may result in legal action.
