Refund Policy (Digital Products Only)

SLOPER DIGITAL ART sells digital products only. All artworks are delivered as instant digital downloads. No physical items are shipped.

Due to the nature of digital files, all sales are final.

No Refunds for Digital Downloads

Once an order is completed and the download link is issued, refunds, exchanges, or cancellations are not possible. Please review all product details carefully before purchasing.

If you experience any issues downloading your files, we will provide assistance to ensure proper access.

Incorrect Purchases

Please confirm that your device, software, and printing provider support JPG files in sRGB, 300 DPI.

  • Purchasing the wrong item or format
  • Changing your mind after download
  • Printer or print shop incompatibility
  • Misunderstanding that products are digital-only

Refunds will not be provided in the cases listed above.

File Access & Download Issues

If you are unable to access or download your files, we will resend the download link or, if necessary, deliver the files manually via email.

Damaged or Corrupted Files

If a file is found to be corrupted, it will be replaced at no additional cost. Replacement applies only to the exact artwork originally purchased.
