Terms of Sale (Digital Products Only)
These Terms of Sale govern all purchases made from SLOPER DIGITAL ART through this online store. By placing an order, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms.
1. Nature of the Products
All products sold in this store are digital files only. No physical items are shipped. Each artwork is provided as a high-resolution JPG file suitable for premium canvas and large-format printing.
Please read the product description carefully before purchasing to confirm size, format, and intended use.
2. Pricing & Currency
All prices are listed in the store’s selected currency and may change at any time without prior notice. The price shown at checkout is the final price for the digital product, excluding any fees charged by your bank, card provider, or payment processor.
3. Payments
Payments are processed securely through third-party payment providers such as PayPal or other integrated gateways. By completing a purchase, you agree to the terms and conditions of the selected payment provider.
We do not store full payment details such as complete credit card numbers on our servers.
4. Order Confirmation & Delivery
Once payment is successfully processed, you will receive:
- An order confirmation email; and
- A download link or access to your digital files.
Delivery is provided via instant digital download. In some cases, email delivery may take a few minutes. If you do not receive your files, please check your spam folder and then contact us for assistance.
5. Digital Download Access
You are responsible for downloading and securely storing your files after purchase. We recommend backing up your files in a safe location.
If you lose access to your files, you may contact us with your order details. We may, at our discretion, reissue download links, provided that the original purchase can be verified.
6. Refunds & Cancellations
Because all products are digital and delivered instantly, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or cancellations after files have been delivered.

7. License & Permitted Use
When you purchase a digital artwork from SLOPER DIGITAL ART, you are purchasing a license for personal use. Copyright and all intellectual property rights remain with the artist.
You may:
- Print the artwork for personal display in your home, office, or studio;
- Use the file as a digital background on personal devices;
- Gift a printed version for personal use, without charging for the digital file.
You may not:
- Resell, redistribute, or share the digital files;
- Sell printed copies as products (posters, canvases, merchandise, etc.);
- Upload the artwork to print-on-demand platforms or stock websites;
- Claim the artwork as your own creation;
- Use the artwork in logos, trademarks, or brand identity;
- Include the files in AI training datasets or similar technologies.
For extended or commercial licensing, please contact us before using the artwork in any commercial project.
8. Technical Compatibility
It is your responsibility to ensure that:
- Your device and software can open JPG files;
- Your print provider supports the supplied resolution and color format;
- Your internet connection supports downloading large files, when applicable.
We are not responsible for issues caused by hardware limitations, incompatible software, or third-party printing services.
9. Modifications to Products or Prices
We reserve the right to update or modify products, descriptions, or prices at any time without prior notice. Changes do not affect orders already completed.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SLOPER DIGITAL ART shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the purchase, use, or inability to use our digital products.
Where liability cannot be excluded, total liability shall be limited to the amount paid for the product giving rise to the claim.
11. Governing Law
These Terms of Sale are governed by the laws of Brazil, without regard to conflict of law principles, unless mandatory consumer protection laws in your country require otherwise.
